Alpine PropertySuccess Course
Maximum of 8 people for intensive 5 day program in the mountains mixing leisure with hard graft. Extreme sports such as Skiing down Le Balme (the 2nd highest non glacier skiable mountain in France), cascading down waterfalls or walking across bridges over 1000 foot ravine, in the morning and be prepared to excel in areas you didn't think you could in the afternoon, The course will cover mind set & goals and will give you tools to make things actually happen faster and more efficiently. Workshops will have you doing not just learning and you will leave knowing that this time you really will make it happen.

Lease Option
Virtual Training Day
This is Gillie's signature program. Lease Option's help people get started without a lot of up-front capital and Gillie has had great success using them to build her portfolio and to help many others get started on their own property portfolio.
Her one day course is like no other as she delves into content that doesn't just teach the strategy but shows you how you can do it. Yes YOU. She is passionate in her teaching to empower you to the see that you can do what needs to be done to acquire Purchase Lease Options for yourself. On this day you will be immersed in the theory and practical details as is required to really get to grips with this strategy.

Serviced Accommodation Course
Maximum of 25 people for an intensive 2-day program learning how to manage and make the most of the fantastic serviced accommodation strategy.
You will either stay at Gillie's B&B in Oxford or do a virtual course and learn directly from her and her team and see the inside secrets of how she runs her Serviced accommodation or to make it a pleasure rather than a headache and at the same time as passive as you want.

Gillie's Year Long Property Course
Maximum of 15 people
This year long program is unique and designed to make sure that you take action.
Gillie will teach and then mentor you in the room whilst with help you put into action what you have learned.
She work with you individually on your mindset and prepare you so to build on a solid foundation. If you want to have every possibility of reaching your goal, this course is designed to get you there without you having to rely solely on taking action alone. Unique and powerful being part of this course you will learn all you need, to build a portfolio and then do what you've learnt with Gillie.
